Roy L. Woodring
Roy Luther Woodring, 73, of 107 McKeen St., Phillipsburg, was dead on arrival
yesterday at Warren Hospital after he was stricken near his home. He was taken
to the hospital by the Phillipsburg Emergency Squad.
Born in Williams Township, he was a son of the late Wilson
and Ella Steckel Woodring.
Mr. Woodring was a baker for the Federal Baking Co. until
his retirement in 1961.
Surviving are two sons, Sgt. Keene L. Woodring, North Las
Vegas, Nev., and Kenneth, Phillipsburg; a brother, Russell,
Easton, and three grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Joseph
A. Noto Funeral Home, Phillipsburg. Interment will be in Hay
Cemetery, Easton.
