Eugene S. Wilhelm, 36, of 16 S. 9th Street, son of the late
Dr. and Mrs. E. N. Wilhelm of Raubsville, died Thursday at
the United States Veteran Hospital, Castle Point, N. Y, where
he was born in Raubsville and for the last 20 years a resident
of Easton.
In 1918 he left Easton High School to enlist in the Army and
served in the ambulance corps in Italy. After the war he was
employed by the Edison Cement Co., New Village, N. J. He was
a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, Easton.
Survivors are three brothers, Dr. Arthur F. Wilhelm, of Raubsville,
Jacob C. Wilhelm, of Phillipsburg, Howard R. Wilhelm, at home;
five sisters, Mrs. William Mark of Bethlehem, Miss Maude Wilhelm
and Miss Margaret Wilhelm at home; Mrs. Roy Klotz, and Mrs.
Charles Kemper of Bethlehem. |
