John L. Knoble, 66, Was Packer At J. T. Baker 50 Years
John L. Koble, 66, of 278 Porspect St., Delawre park, died
yesterday at Warren Hosptial shortly after admission. He was
stricken at hishome.
Born in West Easton, Jan. 31, 1903, he was a son fo Mrs. Matilda
Sigafoos Knoble, now of Morris Park,and the late William S.
Knoble. He lived in Delawre Park 40 years.
Mr. Knoble was employed as a packer at the J. T. Baker Chemical
Co. for 50 years. He retired in 1968.
He was a meber of the Wesley United Methodist Church, the
Quarter century Club of J.T. Baker, the new Jersey Exempt Firemen's
Association and the Delaware Park Fire Co.
Survivors include his widow, the former Elsie A.Schmid; two
sons, two brothers, William, Morris Park, and Thoams,
Phillipsburg; three sisters, Mrs. Harry Carpenter, Huntington;
Mrs. Amos Stamets, Phillipsburg, and Mrs. Howard Sigafoos,
Hunting, and six grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Rupell
funeral Home, Phillipsburg, Interment will be in Fairmount
Cemetery.
