Harry Knoble, 50, Ex-Foreman At I-R
Harry Knoble, 50, who resided in Phillipsburg most ofh is life,
died in Bonnie Burns Sanatoriium Scotch Plains, N.J., this
morning. He has been at the Sanatorium for seven years
He was born in west Easton and prior to his illness was employed
for a long time at the Ingersoll-Rand Co. plant where he was
a foreman in the core-making department. He was the son of
Mrs. Matilda Sigafoos, of 44 Glen avenue, Phillipsburg, and
the late William Knoble. He was a ember of Easton lodge, Loyal
Order of Moose.
His wife was the late Mrs. Tevilla Buss Knoble. He is survived
in addition to his mother, by a daughter, Mrs. Raymond Babcock,
of Philipsburg; two sons, Richard and Donald, both of Phillipsburg;
four sisters, Mrs. Harry Carpenter and Mrs. Amos Stamets, both
of Phillipsburg; Mrs. Howard Sigafoos, of Alpha, and Mrs. Bebard
Carberry, of East Orange, N.J., and four brothers, John, Leonard,
and thomas, all of Phillipsburg, and William of Morris Park.
