Mrs. Arling Kiefer Sr.
Mrs. Grace M. Kiefer, 59, Mount Pleasant Road, Bangor R.D.
#, died last night in Holy Family Manor, Bethlehem, where she
was a guest three months. She was in ill health six months.
Born in Washington Township, she was a daughter of the late
George and Lillie Deats Good.
She was a member of Mount Zion United Church of Christ, Martins
Creek, and Ethel Chapter 172, Order of Eastern Star, Bangor.
Survivors include her husband, Arling Kiefer SR., two sons,
George H. and *****, both of Bangor R.D. 3; a daughter,
Mrs. Helen Action, Caldwell, N.J.; her stepmother, Mrs. Beulah
Good, Gatlinburg, Tenn; two sisters, Mrs. Lottie Yetter and
Mrs. Arvilla Stevens, both of Bangor R.D. 2; 13 grandchildren
and nine great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Reed Funeral
Home, Johnsville. Interment will be in Church Hill Cemetery,
Martins Creeks. |
