Mrs. Lewis Bisbing Died Suddenly at Her Home in Philadelphia
Mrs. Cinderella Bisbing, widow of the late Lewis Bisbing, was found
dead in bed yesterday at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Frank Leonard,
Philadelphia. She had been ill but a sort time with Bright's disease,
and this and heart trouble are given as the cause of death. For many
years Mrs. Bisbing resided in Browntown, Glendon, and was well known
here about.
Deceased is survived by two children, Mrs. Leonard, with who she made
her home, and Forrest Bisbing, of Glendon; a sister, Mrs. Emma Shipman,
of Newark, and the following brothers: Philip Fox, of Glendon; Milton
and Thomas Fox, of this city; Frank Fox, of West Easton; Daniel Fox
, of Cedarville, and Winfield Fox, of Raubsville.
Mrs. Bisbing was a native of Williams Township a daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. David Fox. Three years ago she went to Philadelphia to
make her home with her daughter. When a resident of Glendon Mr. Bisbing
was a faithful member of the Glendon Methodist Episcopal Church.
The remains will be brought to this city on Saturday and interred
in hay's cemetery.
Rev. William H. Bisbing who died about two years ago a Warrington,
Bucks County was a son of Mrs. Lewis Bisbing. Rev Bisbing was a graduate
of Lafayette College and was well known in this city. A short time
before his death he was pastor of a church at Willow Grove.
