Forrest E. Bisbing, 75, Retired LVRR Foreman
Forrest Edgar Bisbing, 74, of 300 Liberty St., Glendon Heights,
died yesterday at 8:15 p.m. in Easton Hospital shortly after
he was admitted. He had been ill for the last year.
Born in Easton On July 27, 1879, he was a son of the late
Lewis and Cinderella Fox Bisbing. He retired 14 years ago
from the Lehigh Valley Railroad after employment as a coaling
station foreman.
Mr. Bisbing was a member of Glendon Methodist Church and
for many years was church secretary and one of the the church
trustees.
Surviving are his widow, the former Nellie Wren; two sons,
William J., of Wilson, and Edward L., of Glendon Heights;
on daughter, Mrs. Herman J. Menikheim, of Easton; one sister,
Mrs. J. Frank Leonard, of Philadelphia and one grandson.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 2 p.m. at the
Bender Funeral Home, Easton. |
