Harold C. Fox, 67, Dixie Cup Mechanic
Harold C. "Dick" Fox, 67, of 416 Watson St., Palmer
Township, died yesterday in Easton Hospital.
Mr. Fox was a maintenance mechanic for the Dixie Cup Division
of the American Can Co. 43 years, retiring two years ago.
Born in West Easton on Oct. 25, 1906, he was a son of the
late F. Franklin and Anna Unangst Fox. He lived in Palmer Township
20 years. He was a Navy veteran of World War II.
He was a member of Epworth Methodist Church, Bethlehem Township.
Survivors include his widow, the former Flora Eure; a son,
Dr. Richard E. Fox, Doylestown; three daughters, two brothers,
Howard, Nazareth R.D., and J. Russell, Sarasota, Fla; three
sisters, Mrs. Ella Morrison, Hackettstown, N.J.; Mrs. Anna
Walters, Easton, and Mrs. Helen Miller, Palmer Township and
10 grandchildren.
A son, Harold died in 1971.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m Saturday at the Ashton Funeral
Home, Easton. Interment will be in Chestnut Hill Cemetery,
Limeport, PA. |
