Nellie M. Liske, 80, of 383 East Spring Street, Radcliffe, Ky., died Monday, Oct. 2 in Hardin Memorial
Hospital in Elizabethtown, Ky.
Born Sept. 16, 1915, in Bath, she was a daughter of the late Stewart & Annie Scheimer Young.
She was a veteran of World War II, serving with the Army WACS from 1943 to 1946.
She was of the Lutheran faith.
She was active as a volunteer with the American Red Cross in Vine Groove, Ky.
Her husband, George W., died March 29, 1980.
Surviving are a son,***** of Elizabethtown, Ky; a daughter, ***** of Montoursville, Pa.; a sister, Esther Reagan of Wind Gap; and a grandson.
Services will be held at 10 a.m. Saturday in Schmidt Mortuary, 407 Belviderd St., Nazareth. Call 7 to 9 p.m. Friday in the funeral home. Burial will be in Forks Church Cemtery in Forks Township. |
