Clarence E. Young
Clarence E. Young, 78, of 2721 Oregon St., Palmer Township, died Saturday in his home.

He was employed as beltmaker by Victor-Balata Belt Co., Wilson, for 33 years until retiring in 1959.

Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Stewart and Annie Shimer Young.

Mr. Young was a member of Hope Lutheran Church, Tatamy, and was a former member of Forks Salem Lutheran Church where he served on its council for two terms and was a member of the cemetery board.

Surviving are his wife, the former Catherine M. Weisel; two sons, ***** of Wilson, and Darl of Palmer Township; four sisters, Mrs. Mae Uhler, East Bangor, Mrs. Esther Reagan, Belfast, Mrs. Nellie Liske, Radcliffe, Ky., and Mrs. Helen DeReamus, Tatamy; five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the church. Interment will be in Forks Church Cemetery, Forks Township. The Schmidt Mortuary, Nazareth, is in charge of arrangements.
