James S. Young
James S. Young, 73, of Southside Highrise Apartments, 4th & New Streets, Bethlehem, died yesterday in his home.
He was a machinist for the Bethlehem Steel Corp. for 35 years, retiring in 1971.
Born in Forks Township, he was a son of the late Stewart & Annie Shimer Young.
His wife, the former Sarah Host, died before him.
Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Maryann Morabek, Northampton RD #2; a brother, Clarence of Easton; 5 sisters, Mrs. Mae Uhler, East Bangor; Mrs. Horace Reagan, Mount Bethel RD; Mrs. George Liske, Radcliffe, Ky.; and Mrs. Charles DeReamus and Mrs. Laura Snyder, both of Tatamy; & 3 grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday in the Schmidt Mortuary, 407 Belvidere St., Nazareth, Interment will be in Forks Church Cemetery.
