Howard F. Hahn
Howard F. Hahn, 93, of Plainfield Township, died Tuesday, March 24, 2009 in Easton Hospital.
Born: January 11, 1916 in Plainfield Township, he was a son of the late James and Cula Diehl Hahn.
Personal: He was the husband of Naomi Rissmiller Hahn with whom he celebrated 74 years of marriage January 12th. Howard was a dairy farmer his entire life, and he also worked at the Lehigh Portland Cement Co. and Hartmann's Butcher Shop in Belfast. Howard was an avid hunter and enjoyed fishing.
Memberships: He was a member of the Ackermanville United Methodist Church.
Survivors: In addition to his loving wife; he is survived by two sons, ***** and his wife, ***** of Plainfield Township, and ****** and his wife, ****** of Beaver, Pennsylvania; six grandchildren; eleven great- grandchildren; three great- great- grandchildren; nieces and nephews.
Howard was predeceased by two brothers; Oscar and Marcus; four sisters; Martha, Ruth, Alice and Esther.
Services: Saturday, March 28, 2009 at 10:30 a.m. in the George G. Bensing Funeral Home, Inc., 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, Village of Moorestown-Bath. Friends and relatives are invited to call on Saturday from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. in the funeral home. Interment will follow in the Plainfield Cemetery, Plainfield Township. |
