Mrs. Charles Wilson
Mrs. Minerva K. Wilson, 81, of 210 Pakr Ave., Delaware Park,
Lopatcong Township, died Tuesday evening in Warren Hospital
where she was a patient since March 26.
She was a custodian at the Delaware Park School for many years,
retiring in 1962.
Born in Finesvile, N.J., on Aug. 23, 1899, she was a daughter
of the late William and Annie Muschlit Young. She lived in
Delaware Park for the last 41 years.
Mrs. Wilson was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church, Williams
Township, and a Sunday school teacher for many years. She was
a member of Winona Council, Degree of Pocohantas, Phillipsburg;
the Auxuiliary of the Delaware park Fire Company, and the Delware
Park Parent Teachers Association.
Her husband, Charles A. Wilson, died in 1958.
Surviving are her duaghter, Mrs. Robert Walsh, with whom she
lived; a brother, Wilbert Young, Easton R.D. 4; a sister, Mrs.
Florence Kreil, Wilson; four grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Rupell Funeral
Home, Phillipsburg. Interment will be in New Williams Cemetery,
Williams Township. |
