Eleanor M. Elliott, Active in bowling leagues in area
Eleanor M. Elliott, 63, of 23 Ridgewood Road, Palmer Township, died Thursday in Easton Hospital. She had been in failing health the last three weeks.
Her husband Thomas R. Elliott Sr., died Dec. 20.
Born Dec 7, 1918, in Wilson Borough, she was a daughter of the late Claude and Anna Wertley Stone.
Mrs. Elliott was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran church, Wilson. An avid bowler, she was a member of many area bowling leagues and served as secretary to many of them. She also was a member of the Lehigh 600 club and active in the Bar0Don Junior bowling program
Surviving are a daughter, three sons, two brothers, a sister, and a grandson.
Funeral services will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday in the Ashton Funeral Home. Followed by interment in the Northampton Memorial Shrine. |
