Mrs. Anna M. Maginnis, 91, of 172 E. Washington Ave., Washington, N.J., died Sunday in Warren Hospital. She was the widow of Herbert Maginnis.
A brother, John I. Shook of Flicksville, died Monday.
Born in Richmond, Northampton County, she was a daughter of the late Edmund and Barbara (Housman) Shook.
She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Mount Bethel.
Surviving are two sons, Herbert of Oley and Theodore of Washington; two daughters, Thelma Vinson of Phillipsburg and Alethea Baker of Belvidere, N.J.; a brother Elmer of Bangor; a sister, Arminia Stocker of Bath; 15 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren and a great-great-grandson. A son Lawrence died in 1980.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Thursday in the DeVoe Funeral Service, 136 W. Washington Ave., Washington. Calling hours will be 7-9 p.m. Wednesday. |
