William P. Sandt, aged fifty years a teacher in Forks Township, died yesterday (Tuesday) at his home in that township, of dropsy. He is a brother of Philip Sandt, of Stockertown, and the late Dr. John Sandt, of College Hill. He served in the 153rd Pennsylvania regiment. Mr. Sandt is survived by his widow and several children. The funeral will take place on Friday at 1 p.m. Interment at the Forks Church.
