Chester F. Fritts, 77, of Phillipsburg R.D. 2, died this morning in Warren Hospital.

Mr. Fritts was a retired farmer. He was a native of Phillipsburg.

He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Mary Elizabeth Beers, Belvidere; two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Hagerty Colonial Home, Phillipsburg.
