Earl J. Mack, 77, owned Belvidere store 34 years
Earl J. Mack, 77, of 314 Fourth St., Belvidere, died Tuesday
in Warren Hospital where he had been a patient one day.
He owned Earl Mack’s boating store, Belvidere, for 34
years until retiring.
Born in Bangor, he was a son of the late Jay and Lizzie Kautz
Mack.
Mr. Mack was a member and elder of the United Presbyterian
church, Belvidere, and a charter member and past president
of the Belvidere Lions Club where he had a 30[year perfect
attendance record. He was a 55-year member of Bangor Lodge
565, F&AM; a member of Ancient Accepted Scottish Rite,
Valley of Allentown; Crescent Temple, Trenton, and the West
Jersey Shrine Club.
He and his wife, the former Mary Bussinger, celebrated their
53rd wedding anniversary Oct. 12.
Surviving in addition to his wife, are a daughter, *****,
Belvidere; a brother, Richard of Bethlehem; three sisters,
Mrs. Ada Dunbar, Bangor, Mrs. Pearl Mehennitt, Riverside, Calif.,
and Mrs. Albert Seibert, Stewartsville, and two granddaughters.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the MacFadden
Funeral Home, Belvidere. Interment will be in Belvidere Cemetery.
Masonic services will be held at 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral
home.
