Richard F. Mack
Richard F. Mack, 87, of Bethlehem Twp, Pa, died Wednesday,
Sept. 8, 2004, in Country Meadows, Bethlehem.
Born: June
2, 1917 in Bethlehem Twp, a son of the late J. Herbert
and Lizzie Koutz Mack.
Personal: His wife, the former,
Anna M. Stocker, died in January of 2003, after 58 years
of marriage. He worked as a metallurgist sales representative
and product manager for 36 years at Bethlehem Steel until
his retirement in 1977. Richard was a lifelong resident
of Northampton County. He was a 1934 graduate of Bangor High School and
a 1941 graduate of Penn State University. Richard played
baseball in both the Blue Mountain and East Penn Leagues.
He and his wife were avid golfers for many years.
Memberships:
He was an active member of local AARP Chapter 2144,
serving many offices and on the Board of Directors.
Survivors: a stepson, ***** of Palmer Twp; a sister, Pearl
Menhennit of Riverside CA; four step grandchildren and four
step great grandchildren. Two brothers, Earl, Raymond and two
sisters, Alberta Seibert and Ada Dunbar, all died earlier.

Memorial Service will be announced by the Ashton Funeral Home, 1337
