Russell E. Kiefer
Russell E. Kiefer, 55, formerly of Raubsville, died last night
at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Roy Schaeffer, of Warren
Glen, N.J. after an illness of two weeks.
Prior to moving with his daughter recently, Mr. Kiefer resided
for many years in Raubsville, where he was engaged in dairy
farming. He was born in Easton, May 3, 1894, a son of the late
Freeman and Carrie Bell Kiefer.
Mr. Kiefer was a member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, of
Raubsville; Prosperity Lodge 567, F. and A.M. of Riegelsville;
Lehigh Consistory, of Allentown, and Easton Forest 35, Tall
Cedars of Lebanon.
Surviving are his wife Hazel Raub Kiefer, two children, Mrs.
Schaeffer, and Ronald Kiefer. of Easton three Grandchildren
and a brother, Clare, of Raubsville |
