Stanley E. Grube
Stanley E. Grube, 83, of 55 Wilden Drive, South, Palmer Township, died today in Muhlenberg Medical Center, Bethlehem. He had been in failing health for the last several months. He formerly lived at 1346 George St., Forks Township.
Mr. Grube was employed by C.K. Williams Co., Easton, for 33 years, retiring in 1963. Before that he was a painter for several years with his father, the late Thomas F. Grube, who operated Thomas Grube and Sons Painters in Easton.
Born in Easton, on Nov 20, 1897, he was a son of the late Annie Granda Grube.
His wife, the former Ethel Faust, died in 1961.
He was a member of the Modern Woodmen of America and a life member of the Weston Club of Easton.
Surviving are two sons, Kenneth E. of Easton, and Willard B. of Plainfield Township; a daughter, Mrs. Marion G. Yeager, with whom he lived; a brother, Warren "Si" Grube, Easton; four grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. |
