James M. Frankenfeild
Funeral services for the late James M. Frankenfield will be conducted at the Walker Mortuary, West Main Street, at 3 o'clock Saturday afternoon. Dr.D. L. McNary, pastor of the First Presbyterian Church, will conduct the services and interment will be made at Oakland,. Friends may view the body at the home, 1535 South Walnut Avenue, until 10:30 o'clock Saturday morning. The following will act as bearers; Charles Garman, John Ward, B. G. Welch, Freeman Everhart, Albert Engle, William Nestlerode.
Mr. Frankenfield was born at Schoenerville, Lehigh County, Pa., July 24, 1846, the son of Andrew and Sarah Frankenfield. In September, 1869, he was united in mariage to Sabina Fenner, who passed away one year later. He moved to Stephenson county, locating on a farm in Lancaster township, where he remained for 15 years. He was again married oct. 27, 1885, to Caroline R. Heim, at that time he moved to Freeprot and had since resided here.
Besides his wife he leves the following children: Cora A., Crover C., Miles R. Ellis Hl., Amy D., Jennie A., James M. Frankenfield, Jr. One daughter, Stella E.passed away in 1911. There are also four grandchildrenl. |
