Mrs. Frederick Xander DeDraft, wife of Dr. Frederick DeKraft,
formerly of this city died this morning at her home at Peekskill,
N.Y. aged 71 yeasrs. Mrs. Dekraft was born in Easton and
was a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Jonathan Xander,
well known residents here. She was for a number of years
a teacher in Easton Public schools and had many friends in
this city. She was married too Dr. DeKraft about 35yeasrs
ago and has since lived in new York City and vicinity.
Besides her hsuband she is survived by one Brother, Elmer
Xander, of 733 Ferry street, this city, and by a nephew, Josh
S. Xander, fof this cidty. The late George L. Xander, an Easton
attorney was aborther of deceased. The body will be brought
to this city for interment in the Easton Cemetery
