E.R. Wilhelm, 64, One-Time Racher in South Dakota
Emanuel Robert Wilhelm, 64, an Easton native, and one-time
South Dakota rancher, died today at 1:15 a.m. in Easton Hosptial,
where he had been a patient since Feb. 6.
Mr. Wilhelm had made his home at the Easton Y.M.C.A. for
the last four years. At the time of his death, he was working
as a foreman at the Hight Tension Co., of Phillipsburg.
He was reared in Easton, a son of the late George W. and
Emma Laubach Wilhelm. He was a member of First Reformed Church,
Easton. His wife, Henrietta McPherson Wilhelm, died in May,
1915.
Mr. Wilhelm an ardent horseman and skillful rider for many
years had spent 24 years in Faith, S. Dak., where he owned
a large horse ranch.
His only immediate survivor is his brother, Paul H. of Easton
