Mrs. A. R. Case, Widow of Former School Official
Mrs. Margaret A. Case, 88, widow of Alfred R. Case, died
yesterday afternoon at the home of her son-in-law and duaghter,
Mr. and Mrs. John Feltman, 551 Grace Ave., Phillipsburg.
Mrs. Case's husband, who died in 1954, was secretary of
the Board of Education in Phillipsburg for many years. Mrs.
Case had been ill a long time.
Mrs. Case was born in Easton, a duaghter of the late William
and Almona Sandt Wilhelm. Her father was a founder of the
North End Mission in Phillipsburg, Mrs. Case was a teacher
in the Sunday school of the mission.
She was a member of First Evangelical and Reformed Church,
Easton.
Surviving, in addition to Mrs. Feltman are two other daughters,
Mrs. William Wolfram, Bethlehem; and Mrs. Floyd Seifert,
William Penn Highway, Easton Route 40; three sons, Richard
W. and Paul W. both of Phillipsburg, and Alfred F, Easton;
a brother, Thomas Wilhelm, Perth Amboy; two sisters Mrs.
Joseph Kiefer, Norristown and Mrs. William Hartman, Nixon,
NJ. two grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at the Hagerty
Colonial Home, Phillipsburg.
