ANNA M. SHOLLEY, 100
The Morning Call Anna M. Sholley, 100, of Outlook Pointe at Martinsburg,
West Va., formerly of the Harlan House, Easton, died Wednesday,
Aug. 9, in City Hospital, Martinsburg, West Va. She was the
wife of the late Irvin E. Sholley.
She was employed by May's Men's Store, Easton, for more
than 13 years until retiring in 1965.
Born in Hampton, N.J., she was a daughter of the late William
and Jennie (Rymon) Strunk.
She was a member of First Moravian Church, Easton, where
she was the financial secretary for more than 25 years and
a Sunday school teacher and Sacristan.
She was an active member of the Easton Republican Committee
and Judge of Elections for many years until retiring at the
age of 95.
She was a member of the former Lady Kinnaird Club of the
YWCA, Easton.
Survivors: Son, daughters, four grandchildren and three
great-grandchildren.
Services: 11 a.m. Monday in the church. Call 10:30-11 a.m.
