The Reading Eagle, Lawrence Stocker
Lawrence Stocker, a former resident of Reading, died suddenly
of heart trouble at 11:20 p.m. Friday at his home, 317 Coltart
square, Pittsurgh, in his 46th year. He had been ailing since
the first of this year.
Mr. Stocker was born in reading and lived here until 18 years
ago, when he moved to Pillsburgh. He was a so of Jackson and
Mary Ellen (Faust) Stocker, residing in this city. Deceased
was a member of christ Episcopal Church and Reading Aerie,
F. O. Eagles. For 20 years he was maanger of the Masion House
pool room of this city and at teh time of his death conducted
a pool room in Pittsburgh.
Survving besided his parents and widow, Ella (Flowers) Stocker,
are three brothers, Clarence, Reading; Howard, New York City,
and Oscar, California and a sister in Easton.
The remains will be brought to this city and removed to the
home of his mother-in-law, Mrs. Tryphena Flower, 30 North Second
St, by Undertaker Auman. |
