Miss Celia Snyder
Miss Celia Snyder, an inmate of the county almshouse, for a
number of years, died on Sunday night at the institution of
a stroke of palsy suffered on Sunday morning. She had been
stricken with the first stroke three days ago. Deceased was
sixty-five years of age. She is survived by two brothers – William
Snyder of College Hill; Irvin Snyder, of Martin’s Creek;
and a sister, a Mrs. Grube, residing in the western part of
the city. Interment will be made in Easton.
