Mrs. Lilly B. Ries
Mrs. Lilly B. Ries, 78 widow of Edward Ries, died at 10:30 o’clock this morning at her home, 353 Berwick Street, She was born in South Easton, daughter of the late Wilson and Belle Sandt. Mrs. Ries resided in Phillipsburg for 50 years and was a member of the Grace Lutheran Church, Phillipsburg.
She is survived by a son, Clyde Ries, of 57 Schultz Avenue, Phillipsburg; a sister, Mrs. Evelyn Bethman, of Easton, a brother Ernest Sandt, of Trenton, N.J. and a granddaughter, Miss Mary L. Ries.
