W.C. Reynolds Jr., retired steel analyst
Funeral services for Walter C. Reynolds Jr., retired Bethlehem
Steel Corp. analyst, were held this morning in the Snyder Hinkle
Funeral Hime, Bethlehem. Interment was in Easton Heights Cemetery.
Mr. Reynolds, 80, of 2660 Nottingham Road, Bethlehem, died
Monday in St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill.
He was employed by Bethlehem Steel 40 years, retirining as
an analyst in the market research and development division.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Walter C. Reynolds
sr. and Rosa C. Garis Reynolds.
He joined Bethlehem Steel in 1928 and was office manager,
of the Pittsburg sales office from 1952 and 1957. He returned
to the home office as division head in commercial research
in 1957.
Mr. Reynolds was a ember of First Presbyterian Church, Bethlehem.
Surviving are his wife, the former Helen O. Parks; a son,
a daughter, two sisters, Mrs. Helen Flynn and Mrs. William
Mertz, both of Bethehem, and five grandchildren. |
