Theodore C. "Ted" Remaly, 71, of 66 N. Locust
St., Easton, formerly of Gateway Terrace, Palmer Township,
died Monday in Allentown Hospital.
He was the husband of Elizabeth "Betty" (Stout)
Remaly. The couple observed their 47th wedding anniversary
in February.
He was employed at the Journal of Commerce, Phillipsburg,
for six years, retiring in 1981. Before that he was production
manager at the Washington Star, Washington, N.J., for 15
years, and was previously an office clerk for the Delaware
Valley Council, Boy Scouts of America, for 10 years.
Born in Easton, he was a son of the late Orvison T. and
Jennie (McKee) Remaly.
He was member of St. Mark's United Church of Christ, Easton.
A past president of the Easton Optimist Club, he was a scout
master and sea-scout leader at St. Peter's United Church
of Christ, Easton, for many years. |
