Mrs. Cora Jane Raub Kuhns widow of George H. S. Kuhns,
died yesterday at the home of her son, Walter R. Kuhns,
of Bethlehem. Her death took place on the 52nd anniversary
of her marriage.
Mrs. Kuhn had been in ill health since April 4, 1942, when
she was injured in an automabile accident in which her husband
was killed. A son, George, was killed in action in France during
World War I.
She was born in Williams Township, a daughter of the late
Mr. and Mrs. Titus H. Raub. She was a member of St. Peter's
Lutheran society of that chuch, auxiliaries of Church, Bethlehem;
the missionary Harry F. W. Johnson Post, American Legion, Bethlehem
and Bethlehm Post, Beteran of Foreign Wars and Gold Star Mothers.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 2 p.m. at the H.
Scott Ashton funeral home, Bethlehem. Interment will be in
Memorial Park cemetery, Bethlehem.
