Joan Ellen Paulus, 19, E.H.S. Grad in 1950
Miss Joan Ellen Paulus, 19, daughter of William J. Paulus of 1039
Lincoln street and the late Mrs. Ida Frankenfield Paulus, died
in Easton Hospital yesterday afternoon. Miss Paulus was stricken
Thursday, Physicians said death was caused by a hemorrhage in the
head.
A graduate of Easton High School in the class of 1950, Miss
Paulus had been employed as a secretary at the Transogram Company
Inc. While attending high school she had been a part-time clerk
at the F.W. Woolworth Company store here.
At high school, Miss Paulus was a member of the Honor Society,
vice president of the Business Education Club and a member of
the Y-teens and Girls Athletic Club. She was a member of St.
Paul's Lutheran Chruch South Side.
Miss Paulus was born in Lower Nazareth Township on Oct 24, 1932,
and had resided in Easton for the last 14 years.
She is survived in Addition to her father, by 10 brothers and
sisters:
and her stepmother, at home, and her
paternal grandmother, Mrs. Mara Paulus, of Easton R.D. 3.
