Robert Nixon
Robert Nixon, a former Central Railroad engineer, died at 2 o'clock
Sunday afternoon at the home of his son William Nixon, with whom
he made his home. No. 80 Bullman street. heart trouble caused his
death. Mr. Nixon is survived by his wife and the following children;
Robert and Martin Nixon of Warwick, NY; Franklin and William Nixon
of Phillipsburg; Mrs. William Davis, of Broadway; Mrs. George Beam
of Springtown; Mrs. James Saitta of Brooklyn; three brothers and
a sister, John and Frank Nixon of Phillipsburg; George Nixon of Washington
and Mrs. John Voight, of Dover his State. Deceased is also survived
by a step-son John Allen of Schenectady, NY.

I, Robert H Nixon of Lake Hopatcong in the county of Morris and State
of New Jersey Being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do make
and publish this my last Will and testament in manner following,
that is to say:
First: I do order all my just debts and funeral expenses to be paid
as soon as may be convenient after my decease.
Second: I revoke all former wills or codicil by me made.
Third: I give, devise and bequeath unto my wife, Mary E. Nixon, one-third
of all my personal Property after all expenses are paid.
Fourth: I give, devise and bequeath the balance of all my personal
property to my children, Martin W Nixon, Franklin S Nixon, Mrs.. Ella
Davis, William B. Nixon, Mrs. Nora Beam, Robert L Nixon, Mabel C Saitta
to be divided share and share alike.
Fifth: I do order my executors herein named, to erect a head stone
as a marker the same as my former wife has.
Sixth: I hereby appoint and constitute Martin W Nixon and Franklin
S Nixon executors of this my last Will and Testament.
