Mrs. Augustus Sullivan, Palmer Twp., Was 49
Mrs. Ann M. Sullivan, 49, of 2710 Freemansburg Ave., Palmer
Township, died last night in Easton Hospital. She had been
hospitalized two weeks. She had been in poor health four years.
Mrs. Sullivan was the widow of Augustus Sullivan, who died
March 15, 1949,. After his death she was employed at the Magnetic
Windings Division of the Essex Wire Corp. She later was employed
in the shell department of Lehigh Inc;, for two years until
she retired in 1954 due to ill health.
Born in Easton on October 1, 1908, she was a daughter of the
late Stewart Harry and Bessie Seiple Moser. She attended Easton
schools.
She was of the Untied Church of Christ faith.
Surviving are a son, Barry, Easton; two daughters, ****,
at home, and Joan, wife of John Strazewsi, West Easton; a
brother, William Moser, West Easton; a sister, Ethel, wife
of Alfred Woodruff, Easton, and four grandchldren.
The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday in the Thomas
Funeral Home, Stroudsburg. |
