William McKee
William McKee, a well-known Lehigh Valley Railroad engineer,
died at 3 o'clock yesterday afternoon at his home 1154 Washington
Street, of Bright's disease. He had been ill since last June.
Mr. McKee was employed on the Lehigh Valley Railroad more than
thirty years. For many years he served as secretary of Easton
Division No 259 B. of I. E. and as treasurer of the Citizen
Hose Company, of the South Side. He was also prominent in Moose
and Odd Fellow Circles.
His wife, two daughters, Mrs. Joseph Siglinger and Mrs. Stanley
Walters, both of South Side, and two brothers, Joseph McKee,
of Easton, and David McKee, of Lawrence, Mass, survive him. |
