Clifford F. Marsh
Clifford F. “Kip” Marsh, 58, of 129 S. Fourth Street, Bangor, died yesterday morning in Easton Hospital where he was a patient two weeks.
Mr. Marsh was custodian for the Bangor Post Office.
Born in pen Argyl, he was a son of the late Edward and Harriet Tozer Marsh.
He was a member of first United Evangelical Congregational Church, the board of trustees of its Sunday school, and the Liberty Fire Co., Bangor. He was a member and past president of the Bangor Lions Club and a past president of the Liberty Fire Co., Ambulance Service, Bangor. He was an Army Veteran of World War II.
Survivors include his widow, the former Helen Luxion; a brother, Alfred, Pen Argyl, and two sisters, Mrs. Charles Miksch, East Lawn, Nazareth, and Mrs. Sidney Straut, Wind Gap.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday in the First United Congregational Church, Bangor. Interment will be in St. John’s Cemetery, Bangor. Arrangements are in charge of the Hough Home for Funerals, Bangor.
