Ernest J. Mack, 84, of Sullivan Trail, Plainfield Township,
died Thursday, March 30, in Easton Hospital. He was the husband
of Elsie (Hendershot) Mack. They were married for 62 years
last month.
He was a line crew chief for Met-Ed for 43 years before retiring
in 1975.
Born in Pen Argyl, he was a son of the late Harvey and Bertha
(Kichline) Mack.
He was a member of Grace Lutheran Church, Belfast.
He was a veteran of the Army Air Corps, and a member of American
Legion Post 415, Nazareth.
He was also a member of the Good Sam National Camping Club.
Survivors: Wife; sisters, Elda Pritchard and *****, both of
Belfast, ***** of Kesslersville; brother, **** of Belfast;
nieces and nephews, including ****** in Florida,
whom he raised.
Services: 11 a.m. Saturday, Schmidt Funeral Home, 202 West
St., Wind Gap. Call 10-11 a.m. Saturday
