Mrs. John H. Frace, Forks Civic Worker
Mrs. Grace E. Frace, 61, of 1601 Richmond Road, Forks Township,
died at 4:35 p.m. yesterday in Easton Hospital where she was
admitted Aug. 16. She had been ill since December 1963. Mrs. Frace was born in Phillipsburg, Oct. 17. 1902, a daughter
of the late John P. and Elizabeth Weil Loudenberry. She attended
Phillipsburg public schools and resided in the Easton area
for the last 35 years. She was employed for five years in Schaible's
Bakery until 1948.
She was a member of forks-Salem United Church of Christ and
attended the Chestnut Hill Chapel where she served as treasurer
of the Sunday school.
Active in Democratic party politics in the township, she was
financial secretary of the Forks Township Democratic Club.
She also was financial secretary of the Forks Volunteer Fire
Co. Auxiliary.
Surviving are her husband, John H. Frace; two sons, William
E. Holden, Wilson, and Russell Holden, Montgomery County; a
brother, John D. Loudenberry, Harmony Station; a sister, Mrs.
Helen M. Quick, Allentown; nine grandchildren and one great-granddaughter.
A son, Harry B. Holden, died in December 1963.
