Mrs. Harry E. Shively
Mrs. Mary S. Shively, 71, of Raubsville, died yesterday at 6:35
P.m. in Betts Hospital, where she had been a patient since Wednesday.
She had been in ill health for the last few years.
Mrs. Shively was the wife of Harry E. Shively. She was born
in Williams Township, a daughter of the late Madison and Margaret
Transue Lehr. She lived in Raubsville for the last 44 years.
She was a member of Raubsville Methodist Church and it's Ladies
Aid Society. She had been a teacher in its Sunday school for
many years, and at one time was an officer in the Sunday school.
Surviving, in addition to her husband, are a sister, Mrs.
Samuel Aicher, of Palmer Township, and a brother, Milton Lehr,
of Easton. |
