Robert Nagle and Sarah Ann Nagle, his wife, of Northampton County,
Saucon Township, State of Pennsylvania, Charles William Kreidler
and A. M. Kreidler, his wife, of ________, Francis Swann and Susanna
Swann, his wife, of ________, Schuykill County, State of Pennsylvania,
the said Mary Kelso (late Kreidler), Joseph
Kreidler, Sarah Ann Nagle (late Kreidler), Charles William Kreidler
and Susanna Swann (late Kreidler) being the children and heirs at
law of the said Joseph Kreidler, deceased, Margaret Kreidler, widow of Frederick Kreidler,
late of the Township of Forks in the County of Northampton and State
of Pennsylvania deceased, Jacob S. Kreidler and Levina Kreidler,
his wife, George Sandt and Elvira Sandt, his wife, and Daniel K.
Messinger and Malinda M. Messinger, his wife, the said Jacob
S. Kreidler, Elvira Sandt (late Kreidler) and Malinda M. Messinger
(late Kreidler) being the children and heirs at law of the said Frederick
Kreidler, deceased, Quintus Miller
and Sally Ann, his wife, and Ebenza Dewit, children of Elizabeth
Miller late Kreidler, deceased, of the one
part, And Thomas Miller, of the Township of Plainfield, in the County
of Northampton and State of Pennsylvania aforesaid, of the other
part. Witnesseth, That the party of the first part, for and in consideration
of the sum of Twelve Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America, unto them well and truly paid by the said Thomas Miller,
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged, here granted, bargained, sold, aliened,
enfeoffed, released and confirmed, and by these presents Do grant,
bargain, sell, alien, enfeoff, release and confirm, unto the said
Thomas Miller, his Heirs and Assigns, All That Certain Messuage or
Tenement and Lot of land, situate, lying and being in the Township
of Plainfield, County of Northampton and State of Pennsylvania aforesaid.
Bounded and described as follows, to wit, Beginning at a post, in
the road leading from Easton to Wind Gap. Thence along same South
seventeen Degrees East thirty three and ________ to a post, Thence
along land of John Lesher (Lasher?) North eighty six Degrees East
thirty six and seven tenths perches to a post, Thence along land
of Abraham Roth (something was not written in here) seventy one Degrees
East, sixteen perches to a post and North ________ Degrees East,
twenty nine and three quarters to a post, Thence along land of Jonathan
Knecht (now) Peter ________, South seventy five Degrees West fifty
five and nine tenths perches to the place of beginning, Containing
eleven acres and twenty five ________ strict measure. It being the
same premises which Christian Knecht and Maria, his wife, by their
indenture dated the 15th day of June, AD 1829 and intended
to be recorded for the consideration therein mentioned did grant
and convey unto the said Conrad Kreidler, Frederick
Kreidler (now deceased), Joseph Kreidler (now deceased), John Kreidler,
Daniel Kreidler, Elizabeth Kreidler (now Miller), Abraham Kreidler
(now deceased), Hannah Kreidler (now Troxell), Thomas Kreidler, Maria
Kreidler (now Hayden), and George Kreidler as tenants in common in
fee simple. Also that certain tract on land situate in the Township
of Plainfield aforesaid, Bounded and described as follows to wit:
Beginning at a stone thence by land late of Frederick Kreidler South
________ Degrees and a quarter West twenty seven perches and five
tenths to a stone, thence along a road leading to Achermann’s
Mill and by land of Henry Metz, North twenty eight degrees and a
half East thirty three perches to a post, Thence by land late of
Jonas Lerch South eighty four Degrees West fourteen perches and seven
tenths to the place of beginning, Containing one acre and forty perches
strict measure it being the same premises which Jonas Lerch and Mary
his wife by their indenture dated the first day of April AD 1843
and intended to be recorded for the consideration therein mentioned
did grant and convey unto Frederick Kreidler, Sen. and which upon
his death by operation of ________ vested in the said Conrad
Kreidler, Frederick Kreidler, Joseph Kreidler, John W. Kreidler,
Daniel Kreidler, Elizabeth Miller, Abraham Kreidler, Hannah Troxell,
Thomas Kreidler, Maria Hayden, and George Kreidler, his children as tenants in common
together with all and singular the improvements, ways, waters, water-courses,
rights, ________, privileges, ________, and appurtenances whatsoever
blah blah blah....
