Hoover William H. Hoover, 61, of 37 E. Thompson Ave., Gloucester, N.J., formerly of Easton died April 6 in Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Gloucester. Mr. Hoover was a retired employee of RCA Corp., Camden. He was named as Man of the Year in 1968 by the Lions-Rotary Clubs of Gloucester City, N.J. He was the director of the N.J. State VFW Teener Baseball Tourney. Survivors include his widow, Mary D.; three sons, two daughters,his mother, Mrs. Sadie Chesman, Easton; a brother, George, Bethesda, MD, and two sisters, Emily Clemis and Irene Megel, both of Easton. The funeral was held last Thursday. Interment was in the new St. Mary's Cemetery, Bellmawr.
