Joseph W. Herman
Joseph W. Herman, 59, Hellertown R.D. 1, died yesterday at his home.

Born in Lower Saucon Township, he was a son of the late Stewart T. and Ida Wagner Herman.

Mr. Herman was employed as a brakeman by the Philadelphia, Bethlehem & New England Railroad since 1924.

He served in the Army during World War II.

He was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, Lower Saucon Township.

Survivors include his widow, the former Anna M. Kunsman; a stepson, John H. Banks, Hellertown, R.D.1; a stepdaughter, Gloria, wife of John Malok, Bethlehem; five brothers, William W. , Coopersburg R. D. 1; John W. . Allentown; Walter C. and Albert both Hellertown R.D. 1 and Oscar B. Bethlehem and six step-grandchildren.

Funeral arrangements are being made by the Templeton Funeral Home, Hellertown.
