Wilhelmina H. Jones, Easton Bank Employee
Wilhelmina Hay Jones, 99, of Leland, N.C. formerly of Easton,
died on Sunday, March 29.
She was employed by the Northampton National Bank, First National
Bank and Meridian Bank, all of Easton.
Born March 25, 1899, she was a duaghter of the late Thomas
Abraham Lincoln and Wilhelmina Daub Hay.
She was a 1917 graduate of Easton High School.
She was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church in Easton.
She was a member and treasurer of the George Taylor Chapter
of the DAR; the YWCA; the Northampton Historical Society, and
Jacobsburg Historical Society.
Her husband, David C., died in 1960.
She is survived by two sons, Thomas Hay Jones of Wilmington,
N.C., and David Cadwalader Jones of Oakland, Calif.; two grandchildren
and three great-grandchildren.
A sister Christine Hay Wolfe, died earlier.
No services are planned at this time.
