Mrs. Wolfe, 74, Daughter of Ex-Prothonotary
Mrs. Christine Hay Wolfe, 74, of 1841 Fairview Ave., Wilson, died this morning in Warren Hosptial. She was ill six months.

Born in Easton, April 1, 1897, she was a daughter of the late Thomas A. L. Hay and Wilhelmina Daub Hay, Her father was a former Prothonotary of Northampton County.

Mrs. Wolfe was a member of Christ Lutheran Church, George Taylor Chapter, DAR; Ladies Auxiliary of Hugh De Payens Commandery, Knights Templar; past matron William Parson Chpater 185, Order of Eastern Star; and a member of Siloam Chapter 13, White Shrine of Jerusalem.

Her husband, John Fry Wolfe, died last October.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Russell S. Alpaugh, Oxford, N.J.; a son, Thomas H. Wolfe, Lansdale, Pa.; a sister, Mrs. David C. Jones, Easton, and four grandchildren.

The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Thrusday at the Clements Funeral Home, Easton. Interment will be in Easton Cemetery.
