William 'Bus' Fox,
Morgan Hill Tavern Owner for 25 years
William H. "Bus" Fox, 67, Easton R.D. 4, died yesterday
in Easton Hospital where he was admitted Monday. He had been
in poor heath for several years.
He owned and operated the Morgan Hill tavern, Williams Township,
for the last 25 years.
A former employee of Frank J. Lerch Co., Easton contractors,
he later was a self-employed carpenter and contractor.
Born in Easton on August 20, 1908, he was a son of the late
Clarence D. and Mayme Brown Fox.
A graduate of Easton High School, he served in the Navy during
World War II.
He was a member of the Northampton County Tavern Association.
Surviving are a brother, Charles D. of Besica Falls, PA.,
a niece, a nephew and a great-niece.
