Easton Native Victim of Fire Toxic Gases
James E. Eichman, 51, of 312 N. 6th St., Allentown, was dead
on arrival yesterday in Allentown and Sacred Heart Hospital
Center after apparently inhaling toxic gases from a fire in
his residence.
Born in Easton on Sept. 21, 1925, he was a son of the late
Charles and Pearl Smith Eichman.
He retired two years ago as a warehouse man at Flock Embossing
Co., Philipsburg, because of ill health.
He was a member of the First Moravian Church, Easton.
Surviving are three sisters, Mrs. Robert Fuhr, Easton; Mrs.
Hugh P. Reilly and Mrs. John M. Komisor, both of West Easton;
the Rev. Charles W. of Nazareth, and David H. of Trenton, N.J.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday in the Clement
Funeral home, Easton, interment will be in Easton Heights Cemetery. |
