Vera D. Schubert, 74, of Baldwinsville, N.Y., formerly of Easton, died Wednesday,
December 13, 2006 in her home. Born in Easton, she was a daughter of the late
Russell D. and Florence (Gruver) Dungan. She and her husband, Charles E. Schubert,
were married 47 years in February. She retired from Carrier Corp., Syracuse,
N.Y., in
1992. She was a member of St. Mark's Lutheran Church, Baldwinsville
and graduated
from Easton Area High School in 1949.
Survivors: Husband, Charles; son, *****and his
wife, *****, of Syracuse; daughter, ***** and
her husband, *****, of Baldwinsville; three sisters, *****
and her husband, ****, of Easton, ***** and her
husband, ****, of Fairless Hills and ***** and
her husband, *****, of Forks Township; two brothers, Warren
Dungan and his wife, Eleanor, of Palmer Township and *****
and his wife, *****, of Palmer Township; two grandchildren,
***** and *****; many nieces, nephews. Three sisters,
Gertrude and Mildred Patterson and Shirley Navone, and three
brothers, Leroy, Benjamin and Irwin Dungan, died earlier.
Services: 11 a.m. Thursday in the Ashton Funeral Home, 14th
and Northampton streets, Easton
