Mrs. Gertrude M. Patterson, 75, of 525 W. Berwick St., Easton,
died Thursday in Easton Hospital. She was the wife of the late
George Patterson Jr.
She was employed by the former Dixie Corp., Wilson, for 22-1/2
years before retiring in 1977. Before that she worked for the
former Davey Strasse and Stauffer Wholesalers, Easton.
Born in Bangor, she was a daughter of the late Russell and
Florence (Gruver) Dungan.
She was a member of Calvary United Methodist Church, Easton.
Survivors: Sons, ***** of Easton and ***** of Forks
Township; daughter, ***** of Nazareth;
brothers, Irwin and Warren, both of Easton, and ***** of
Phillipsburg; sisters, *****, wife of *****, Shirley,
wife of John Navone, Mildred, and ****, wife of *****,
all of Easton, Vera, wife of Charles Schubert of Baldwinsville,
N.Y., and *****, wife of ***** of Fairless Hills,
Bucks County, 14 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
She was predeceased by a son William.
Services: 11:30 a.m. Monday, Ashton Funeral Home, 14th and
Northampton streets, Easton. Call 7-8:30 p.m. Sunday.
