The Morning Call
Harry W. Campbell Sr., 88, of 818 Balata St., Wilson, died Thursday, Aug. 13, in Eastwood Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, Wilson. He was the husband of the late Mabel (Beam) Campbell.
He worked for the Nazareth Building Block Co. until retiring in 1975. Previously, he was employed by the Messinger Supply Co. and Taylor-Wharton Co., both in Palmer Township.
Born in Bethlehem Township, he was a son of the late Thomas E. and Lilly (Rothrock) Campbell.
He attended Bethel Memorial Baptist Church, Palmer Township.
Survivors: Daughter, Evelyn Beers of Homosassa, Fla.; brother Thomas of Palmer Township, eight grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by a son, Harry W. Jr. in June, and a daughter, Ruth Pyatt.
